BBSI is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

SHIFT

PAY IS $18-$20 DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE.

MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR OT AND WEEKENDS.

TEMP TO HIRE OPPORTUNITY

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Assisting drivers over the phone and in person
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and service

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in Logistics customer service or related field
• Must be able to handle heavy emails.
• Must be able to sit for long periods of time, sit in front of a monitor for continuous hours
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Must know 10 key
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual preferred
• Must be willing to cross train and help in other department
