The Collections Specialist role establishes you as the voice for BCA Financial Services, Inc., and our clients. We are looking for customer focused and goal-driven individuals, who thrive as creative problem solvers to join and support our team. You will be tasked with communicating account information, updating insurances, collecting payments, and establishing payment arrangements. Most of your day will be spent fielding "inbound & outbound calls" from consumers who need your help finding a solution that makes sense for them and works within their budget. Your critical thinking skills and ability to negotiate and establish payment arrangements will set you on the path to achieve customer satisfaction and account resolution in a timely manner.

THIS IS A MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, FULL-TIME POSITION. WE ARE LOOKING FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE THE FLEXIBILITY TO WORK ANY OF OUR 8-HOUR SHIFT SCHEDULES DURING OUR NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS OF 8 AM - 6:00 PM EST.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• A strong focus on partnering with our customers to meet their specific needs
• The ability to maintain an unscripted conversation. To listen and identify our customer's needs and ask clarifying questions to gain a comprehensive understanding of their financial circumstances
• Resourceful individuals who are passionate about providing solutions to customers
• A detail-oriented individual that can gather and document information/data quickly and accurately (requires basic computer skills and typing mastery)
• Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment while developing solutions for customers
• Candidates who have experience with sales, billing, or collections in a healthcare environment is a plus

WORK FROM HOME REQUIREMENTS:

• Have a quiet and private workplace
• You must meet all the technical requirements prior to the first day of training
• High speed internet with the ability to hardwire via ethernet from cable modem to your PC. Must be a sufficient speed to support video/web/audio conferencing and voice-over-IP (VoIP) (not less than 5 mbps). Wi-Fi and hotspots are not supported.
