    Position Overview

    We’re currently seeking an experienced, licensed BCBA to step into a leadership role as Assistant Clinical Director.

    In this role, you will support both clinical operations and talent development across the organization. You’ll work closely with the Operations Manager to maintain high standards of care, oversee behavior and crisis consultants, review and finalize service recommendations, and ensure smooth onboarding and development of team members.

    Primary responsibilities include:

    Supervising BCBAs and consultants to ensure quality of care and clinical effectiveness

    Ensure hours are met and reports on submitted on time.

    Conduct service audits.

    Reviewing and finalizing behavior assessments, reports, and service logs

    Conducting intake assessments as needed to ensure seamless intake

    Supporting clinical and HR functions related to hiring, onboarding, and staffing coordination

    Leading or coordinating staff training, continuing education, and professional development initiatives

    Assisting in performance evaluations, clinical feedback, and staff growth planning

    Helping maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards (BACB, HIPAA, payer requirements)

    Collaborating with families, schools, and community organizations to support client outcomes

    Providing direct service coverage when needed during staffing gaps or client emergencies

    Qualifications:

    Active BCBA certification in good standing

    Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field

    3+ years of clinical experience in ABA, including staff supervision

    Familiarity with talent acquisition or human resources processes

    Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills

    Able to balance clinical oversight with operational responsibilities

    Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook etc.

    Preferred but not required:

    Bilingual in English and Spanish
