Key Responsibilities
Provide ethical, evidence-based ABA services and write accurate, high-quality clinical notes.
Assist with regular audits to ensure we are in compliance.
Supervise Behavior Technicians and ensure correct implementation of treatment protocols.
Conduct assessments (FBA, preference assessments, skill assessments) and summarize findings clearly.
Create and update BIPs and skill acquisition programs.
Review data and graphs to make data-driven decisions.
Provide parent training on ABA principles and behavior strategies.
Attend client sessions (in-person or hybrid) and provide in-the-moment direction.
Maintain timely documentation and follow all clinical/insurance requirements.
Qualifications
Required:
Active BCBA certification.
Master’s degree in ABA (or Certificate in ABA with masters in other field).
Strong writing, documentation, and ethical decision-making skills.
Ability to work in-person in Eagan, MN (hybrid optional after onboarding).
Evening availability (preferred).
Preferred:
Experience supervising BTs and writing treatment plans.
Comfortable working in a smaller, fast-growing ABA program.
Additional Information
Must be able to commute or relocate to Eagan, MN 55121.
Flexible schedule with priority given to evening-hour availability.
Full-time hours available (30–40 hrs/week).
