Ensure that treatment plans and assessment documentation are compliant and tailored to support insurance authorizations, including OON approvals and SCA requests.
Collaborate closely with the insurance and intake teams to provide any necessary clarifications, addendums, or clinical justifications to obtain approvals.
Conduct peer-to-peer reviews with insurance medical directors when requested.
Complete reassessments for existing clients on an as-needed basis.
Respond to all relevant emails and internal messages within 1–2 hours during standard business hours.
Conduct remote clinical interviews with caregivers and supervising therapists to gather assessment data.
Qualifications:
Current BCBA certification in good standing.
Licensed to practice ABA in one or more states (multi-state licensure is a plus).
At least 2 years of experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing treatment plans.
Familiar with Vineland-3, FBAs, and adaptive behavior assessments.
Experience writing documentation that supports OON authorization and SCA success.
Responsive, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
Tech-proficient and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
Please only apply if you reside in: NY, PA, NJ
What We Offer:
Part-time, flexible hours with autonomy and fully remote
Consistent referrals and administrative support
Access to clinical templates and guidance for fast turnaround
Opportunity to contribute meaningfully by expanding access to care for families
