Position Overview:
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a center-based setting for consistent evening hours. This role is ideal for a clinician looking for predictable, stable part-time work in one location with a set schedule.

Compensation: We offer competitive pay $85-105 per hour ****

Schedule:
Monday through Sunday, 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Consistent, predictable hours in a single clinic location

Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide supervision and support to RBTs/BTs
Monitor client progress and make program adjustments as needed
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members
Ensure services are delivered in accordance with ethical and clinical standards

Requirements:
Must hold an active BCBA certification (required)
Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
Experience working with children with autism preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
