    Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available

    Company: GrayColors Location: School-based and In-home/Community settings Employment Type: Full-Time and Part-Time positions available Starting Pay: $45/hour (negotiable based on experience)

    Position Overview

    The BCBA designs and oversees individualized ABA programs, conducts assessments, sets goals, trains and supervises staff, and collaborates with families to ensure services reflect GrayColors' commitment to individuality and neurodiversity.

    Key Responsibilities

    Design and implement individualized ABA treatment programs

    Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and functional behavior analyses

    Develop measurable treatment goals and objectives

    Provide direct supervision to RBTs and other staff members

    Train and mentor team members on evidence-based practices

    Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams

    Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress

    Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements

    Participate in team meetings and case consultations

    Required Qualifications

    Master's degree in ABA or related field

    Active BCBA certification in good standing

    Experience working with school-aged children and/or toddlers

    Prior experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities

    Strong data collection and analysis skills

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

    Commitment to compassionate, individualized care and taking pride in quality work

    Reliable transportation for community-based services

    Preferred Qualifications

    Experience in both school and community-based ABA settings

    Multilingual abilities (Spanish, etc.) - a plus but not required

    Previous supervisory experience with RBTs or other staff - a plus but not required
