Job description:

Limitless is a small, locally owned, clinic-based ABA company in Jacksonville, FL. We need 1 BCBA to join our small, amazing team of highly skilled RBT's! Maximum caseload of 4-5 families. We offer BONUS opportunities, PTO, AND WEEKENDS OFF!

Please have a BCBA certification to be considered (experience with early learners is a plus!).

The work we do here is mainly with kids under the age of 12. We provide clinic-based services Monday - Friday 8-4. Home and community sessions are scheduled as needed.

Responsibilities:

Minimum 15 hours x week of Direct

Supervise 15+ hours x week

Write behavioral intervention protocols

Update new acquisition data sheets, maladaptive behavior data sheets, and keep operational definitions current

Oversee no more than 5 families MAX, including conducting parent training, training RBT's on their programs, writing assessments and updating behavior interventions/new acquisition targets regularly

Conduct visual and formal analysis of graphed data

Collaborate with RBT's/BCBA's

Attend monthly in-service staff trainings (we close early for this so no after-hours required :-) )

Stay current with research and developments in the field behavioral health.
