Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments (e.g., FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, etc.) to identify target behaviors and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Design and oversee the implementation of evidence-based ABA interventions across various settings (clinic, home, community, school, as needed).
- Provide direct supervision and training to RBTs and other therapy staff, ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and best practices.
- Develop and implement data collection systems, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate effectively with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care and generalization of skills.
- Conduct parent/caregiver training to empower families with behavioral strategies and support.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes, reports, and treatment plans.
- Adhere to all ethical guidelines set forth by the BACB and maintain current BCBA certification.
- Contribute to the development of clinical policies, procedures, and training materials for the new clinic.
- Actively participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification1 in good standing.
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Texas, or eligible to obtain licensure.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental disabilities.
- Demonstrated expertise in assessment, program development, data analysis, and supervision.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.2
