    About the Role

    We are currently seeking BCBA Fieldwork Students pursuing Supervised Fieldwork as defined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). This role is ideal for individuals enrolled in a Verified Course Sequence (VCS) and actively working toward their BCBA certification.

    Under the supervision of a qualified BCBA, fieldwork students will engage in a combination of restricted and unrestricted activities as outlined by the BACB, gaining hands-on clinical experience and weekly supervision hours. This position provides a valuable opportunity to develop and refine clinical skills while fulfilling BACB certification requirements.

    Responsibilities

    Deliver 1:1 or small group ABA therapy to clients using individualized treatment plans

    Implement skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction protocols with fidelity

    Collect accurate session data using Theralytics data collection system

    Maintain clinical and billing documentation according to company and ethical standards

    Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress and care

    Participate in supervision sessions, team meetings, and ongoing training

    Assist in program development and preparation of instructional materials

    Uphold client confidentiality and professional ethics in compliance with HIPAA and BACB guidelines

    Must wear scrubs during work hours

    Commit to completing 32–40 hours per week

    Fieldwork & Supervision

    Supervised experience will align with BACB’s Supervised Fieldwork requirements

    Participate in both restricted (e.g., direct therapy) and unrestricted activities (e.g., data analysis, treatment planning, report writing)

    Receive weekly supervision by a qualified BCBA (meeting 5% of total hours per month)

    All supervision will be documented and conducted per BACB guidelines

    Qualifications

    Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required)

    At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities (required)

    Currently enrolled in a BACB-approved program with at least 2 years of undergraduate coursework completed (Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or related field preferred)

    Committed to becoming a BCBA and completing all necessary fieldwork requirements
