The Clinical Director (BCBA) provides clinical leadership, oversight, and strategic direction for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based services while supporting and developing clinical staff. The Clinical Director is responsible for maintaining compliance with BACB standards, payer requirements, and organizational policies, while promoting a culture of clinical excellence and continuous improvement.

Required
* Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB.
* Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
* Active state licensure
* Minimum of 2 years as a BCBA
* Minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
* Strong knowledge of ABA service delivery models and payer requirements.
Preferred
* Experience as a Clinical Director or Program Director.
* Experience overseeing multi-site or large clinical teams.
* Background in program development, quality assurance, or accreditation processes.
o Strong data analysis and clinical outcomes measurement skills.
