Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Clinical Supervisor

Beachmont Behavioral Health | Ventura & Santa Barbara Counties

    Employment Type: Full-Time

Join a BCBA-Led Team That Puts Clinical Excellence First

At Beachmont Behavioral Health, we believe great outcomes happen when great clinicians are supported. As a clinician-led ABA organization serving Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties, our mission is simple: deliver meaningful, data-driven progress for children and families while creating an environment where BCBAs can thrive professionally.

Unlike large corporate providers, Beachmont prioritizes clinical quality over bureaucracy. You'll have the freedom to focus on what matters most: high-quality treatment, effective supervision, caregiver collaboration, and measurable client success. Our leadership team understands the realities of clinical work and is committed to providing the administrative support, resources, and flexibility necessary for you to do your best work.

If you're passionate about ethical ABA, love mentoring others, and enjoy solving complex behavioral challenges, we'd love to meet you.

    About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced BCBA Clinical Supervisor to oversee a caseload of approximately 18 clients located throughout West Ventura County, Carpinteria, Santa Barbara, and Goleta.

This is a clinical leadership position, not an executive or administrative management role, allowing you to remain focused on clinical decision-making, treatment quality, and staff development.

You'll provide a combination of in-person and telehealth supervision while collaborating with a dedicated team of Behavior Analyst Assistants currently enrolled in graduate ABA programs. This support structure allows you to focus on advanced clinical oversight while helping develop the next generation of behavior analysts.

The ideal candidate is ethical, collaborative, solution-focused, and confident working with complex behavioral presentations in home and community settings.

    What You'll Do

    Clinical Leadership

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skills-based assessments.

Develop individualized, data-driven treatment plans and function-based Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).

Analyze client progress and make treatment decisions using ongoing data and visual analysis.

Design effective skill acquisition programs that promote meaningful and socially significant outcomes.

    Supervision & Staff Development

Provide high-quality supervision to RBTs and Behavior Technicians through direct observation, performance feedback, and fidelity monitoring.

Deliver evidence-based Behavioral Skills Training (BST) to team members and caregivers.

Extend client-specific training and ensure treatment integrity across all service environments.

Mentor and support Behavior Analyst Assistants as they build advanced clinical competencies.

    Collaboration & Documentation

Partner with families, schools, physicians, SLPs, OTs, and other professionals to coordinate care.

Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress reports, and authorization documents accurately and on time.

Uphold BACB Ethics Code standards and all HIPAA/FERPA requirements.
