    Beautiful Minds Center, an industry leading provider of applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD), is hiring bright, analytical, ethical, caring and innovative BCBAs to work with children with ASD. We are currently looking for a part time BCBA Case Supervisor who can work the areas of East Los Angeles, West Los Angeles, Santa Monica and surrounding cities.

    Our team typically works in the home with families during after school hours with some morning availability in home and in school settings.

    All candidates must be able to work weekday afternoons for in home supervision. ( hours are flexible from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm, (all candidates must be available from 3 00 pm onward at minimum of 3 days a week.

    . Leadership skills and abilities

    Qualifications:

    -Active BCBA certification in good standing

    -Active MFT License and/or

    -Active PsyD License

    -Master's degree in behavior analysis, education, psychology, sociology, or related field

    -Minimum of 3 years of experience working with persons with developmental disabilities (including the autism spectrum disorders with challenging behaviors)

    -Minimum of 1 year of experience in leadership or supervisory position is preferred

    -Can demonstrate ability to work independently, be organized and detail-oriented, meet deadlines

    Benefits:

    Salary or hourly rate based on experience which will be determined at the time of interview

    $50-$70 an hour based on experience
