Location: St. Louis, MO (Hybrid Position)

ABA Squad is seeking a passionate BCBA to join our growing team as a Clinical Supervisor. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who wants to lead, mentor, and make a meaningful impact while maintaining work-life balance.

What You’ll Do

Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior therapists

Conduct FBAs, assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS), and develop BIPs

Oversee client progress and adjust treatment plans

Provide caregiver training and support

Ensure high-quality, ethical ABA service delivery

What You Need

Active BCBA certification (in good standing)

Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field

2+ years of ABA experience

Experience with assessments and behavior plans

Strong communication and leadership skills

Valid driver’s license (travel may be required)
