What You’ll Do
In this BCBA role, you will provide clinical leadership and supervision across client cases:
Supervise, mentor, and support RBTs and behavior therapists (RBT supervision)
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
Complete VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and other ABA assessments
Develop, implement, and update Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP development)
Oversee data-driven treatment planning and skill acquisition programs
Provide caregiver training and parent support in home and clinic settings
Ensure ethical, high-quality ABA service delivery for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Collaborate closely with a supportive clinical team in a team-based ABA environment
Support continuity of care and consistent clinical outcomes
What We’re Looking For
Active BCBA certification in good standing (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
2+ years of ABA experience preferred (Senior BCBA experience a plus)
Strong background in autism ABA services, behavior reduction, and skill acquisition programs
Experience with VB-MAPP, ABLLS, FBA, and BIP development
Strong leadership, communication, and clinical supervision skills
Valid driver’s license (travel may be required for home-based supervision)
