Job Description: We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a consultant. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in behavior analysis and a passion for improving the lives of adult individuals with developmental disabilities. As a BCBA Consultant, you will provide expert guidance on matters related to behavioral care and assistance with documentation related to such care.
Key Responsibilities: Includes but is not limited to:
Consult on documents such as health and safety waivers to ensure compliance and optimal care.
Develop and review individualized behavior plans tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with client's care team(s) to enhance service delivery and outcomes.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of consultations and recommendations.
Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
5+ years experience as a BCBA.
Experience supervising practicing RBTs and/or other behavioral staff.
Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations related to supported living services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to ethical practice and continuous professional development.
