Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.

Implement and supervise ABA therapy sessions in various settings.

Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal client outcomes.

Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as necessary.

Provide training and support to behavior technicians and caregivers.

Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.

Stay updated on best practices and research in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work culture.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.

Current BCBA and LBA certification in New York State.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in ABA therapy.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Passion for working with children and their families.

Proficient in data collection and analysis.

Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
