About the Role Treehouse Therapy Center is hiring a BCBA LBA to support home-based ABA services. You will guide treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and work with families. You will support two to three cases at a time so you can focus on quality. You will have steady admin help so you can stay focused on clinical work.

What You Will Do – Complete assessments – Write treatment plans – Provide supervision – Train RBTs – Support parents – Track progress and update goals – Maintain clear notes – Communicate with the team

What You Need – Active BCBA and LBA – Strong clinical skills – Steady communication – Clear writing – Good time management – Comfort working in homes
