    Compensation & Benefits

    • Salary Range: $75,000 – $110,000 annually (based on billable requirements)

    • Hourly Option: $75 – $110 per hour with flexible structure

    Position Summary

    As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in assessing, designing, and overseeing individualized ABA programs for children and individuals with developmental disabilities. This position blends clinical excellence with meaningful collaboration, allowing you to directly impact client outcomes while mentoring team members and supporting families.

    Key Responsibilities

    Clinical Leadership & Care Delivery

    • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations

    • Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans

    • Monitor client progress and adjust interventions using data-driven decision-making

    • Ensure all documentation meets HIPAA and regulatory compliance standards

    Collaboration & Advocacy

    • Partner with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary teams

    • Advocate for client needs within educational and community systems

    • Maintain strong, supportive relationships with clients and stakeholders

    Supervision & Mentorship

    • Supervise, train, and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

    • Promote a culture of clinical excellence, ethical practice, and teamwork

    Qualifications

    • Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field

    • Certification: Active BCBA certification in good standing

    • Licensure: Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) required (or ability to obtain in Utah)

    • Experience: Prior experience working as a BCBA, preferably with children and individuals with developmental disabilities

    • Skills:

      • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and methodologies

      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

      • Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and clinical documentation

      • High level of empathy and patient-centered care

    Work Environment

    • Location: In-person services in Salt Lake City and Utah County

    • Schedule: Flexible full-time and part-time options

    • Travel: Up to 25% (preferred)
