What You'll Do
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's needs
Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Provide caregiver training to promote skill generalization
Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment decisions
Complete treatment plans, progress reports, and clinical documentation
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers including OT, PT, speech, physicians, and other professionals
Support the professional development of RBTs through supervision, competency assessments, and ongoing feedback
Work closely with fellow BCBAs, our Center Director, and administrative staff to provide exceptional care
What We're Looking For
Required
Current BCBA certification
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
Florida licensure (or eligibility)
Strong clinical and leadership skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred
1+ year of experience supervising ABA programs
Experience mentoring RBTs and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
