Case Manager at Behavioral Health Links
Behavioral Health Links is seeking case managers to provide in-home ABA services to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder diagnosis. We are seeking compassionate and passionate, team-oriented and highly motivated individuals with prior experience working with children.
What you will do
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
The trainee’s primary focus should be on acquiring the skills necessary to demonstrate competence of relevant tasks on the appropriate BACB Task List and the skills necessary to interact effectively with consumers, supervisors, families, and others. All of the following are done under the supervision of a BCBA.
Conducting assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., stimulus preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment) or for evaluating behavioral interventions.
Designing, implementing, and systematically monitoring skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
Writing behavior/treatment plans, progress summaries, clinical notes, transition summaries, and professional correspondence
Training others, designing behavioral systems, and performance management
Observation and data collection
Data graphing and analysis
Meeting with clients about behavior-analytic programming and services
Communicating and collaborating effectively with caregivers and other professionals
Other activities normally performed by a behavior analyst that are directly related to behavior analysis such as attending planning meetings regarding the behavior analytic program and researching the literature that is relevant to a current client’s programmingAbout your qualifications
Available to work between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST
Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Able to use good judgment.
Access to reliable transportation
Authorization to work in the U.S.
Pass background checks
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, Social Work, or a related field
Minimum of 1 year of experience providing direct services to children or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities
Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and data collection methods
Ability to write professional documentation, including session notes and treatment updates, with attention to detail and confidentiality requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with caregivers, supervisors, and interdisciplinary teams
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (for in-home visits)
Ability to pass a background check and maintain CPR/First Aid certification (if applicable)
Flexibility to work a schedule between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST, including potential weekend hours if needed
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Spanish Speaking
Preferred Qualifications
Certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) in good standing with the BACB
Experience conducting functional assessments and developing behavior intervention plans under supervision
Proficiency in electronic data collection systems (e.g., CentralReach Essentials)
Prior experience training and supporting Behavior Technicians or caregivers
