Los Angeles office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks junior natural resources associate attorney with 0-2 years of experience. The candidate should be a recent law school graduate with a desire to practice natural resources litigation. Must have an interest in natural resources law, including litigation and administrative proceedings, strategic water supply planning, water rights permitting and regulatory compliance, adjudications of groundwater rights and water utility concerns. Should have understanding of California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) compliance, administrative proceedings, complex groundwater adjudications, water rights due diligence and transfers, and infrastructure development and use.
Additional Skills: The ideal candidate must have an excellent academic record, strong writing, analytical, and public presentation skills, and the ability to work cooperatively with clients, agency officials, and the public.
