BCT Colorado has an immediate opening for a full time Billing and Data Entry Specialist.

We are a Commercial Printing Company that services the Rocky Mountain Region as well as most states in the Southwest. We operate production facilities in Phoenix, Arizona and Denver, Colorado. Our greatest asset is our team of over 50 staff members who produce over 150,000 orders annually. Come join our Team!!!

ABOUT THE POSITION:

This is a fast paced, high energy position for someone who is capable of working closely with CSR’s, Drivers, Shipping and Production staff. This position requires the utmost attention to detail and the ability to process written and verbal instructions into our management software. We provide all software training integral to the position. This includes Order Entry, Billing and Invoicing components.

KEY DAILY ACTIVITIES INCLUDE:

• Billing completed production jobs
• Processing invoices
• Assist staff with invoice matching to product
• Generating Management and Customer reports
• Order Entry

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to Keyboard at least 70 wpm Plus10 key
• Working knowledge of MS Office, Especially Excel, Word and Outlook 365.
• HS Diploma or GED
