    The Role:

    We are looking for an Assistant Account Executive to join our Digital Innovation team in Los Angeles (preferred) or San Francisco (currently operating remotely). The Assistant Account Executive will be responsible for the development of digital and social content as well as copywriting across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook. Content may include executive positioning, reputation building/enhancement, awareness and community and stakeholder engagement on clients public-facing channels. In addition, the Assistant Account Executive may assist with social media monitoring and auditing.

    You will have a curious and creative mind with exceptional writing skills and ability to write in multiple voices and tones. This is an opportunity to work on a fully integrated F100 client with colleagues across the US agency footprint.

    What you will do:

    • Write and distribute content and social media materials including backgrounders, fact sheets, bios, e-newsletter content and social media posts.
    • Monitor online media to report coverage and social conversation that affects the Clients business.
    • Handle basic research of Clients business and industry to maintain a current knowledge base.
    • Coordinate specific events and promotions for the Client(s).
    • Work within a team to develop and execute creative digital and social media content, campaigns, and influencer engagement.
    • Assist in account administration duties such meeting agendas, recaps and reports.
    • Work with internal service departments, external vendors, news media, other Ad/PR agencies and other account staff members at BCW to service the Client(s).
    • 1+ year of digital experience ideally in a communications capacity.
    • Basic understanding of the Marketing landscape, including but not limited to marketing communications and public relations from an earned and owned media perspective.
    • Self-starter who is hungry to take ownership of projects and build Impeccable client relationships.
    • Versatile and superior writing skills coupled with strong proofreading and editing ability.
    • High emotional IQ and interpersonal communications skills.
    • Desire to work in and contribute to an organization that supports diversity, equity and inclusion.
    • Ability to work on a team and handle multiple projects in a simultaneous and collaborative manner with keen attention to detail.
    • Familiarity with social media monitoring platforms (Sysomos, Brandwatch, etc.) and/or social CMS tools (Sprout, Sprinklr, etc.)
