We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) ? BCBA /LBA/ QBA to join our team in the South Jersey area. We also welcome candidates who have completed their BCaBA coursework and are awaiting their board exam, offering a valuable opportunity to gain supervised experience while earning an income.
Responsibilities
Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to identify behavioral needs
Develop individualized behavior intervention plans
Implement behavior modification techniques based on applied behavior analysis principles
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to provide comprehensive care
Maintain accurate medical documentation and behavioral health records
Utilize medical terminology effectively in reports and communication
Skills
Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification, or completion of BCaBA coursework
Proficiency in behavioral therapy and applied behavior analysis
Experience working in special education settings
Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and interpret results
Strong knowledge of medical documentation and record-keeping practices
Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health
Experience working with children in a clinical or educational setting
