Chasing Your Dreams LLC is growing, and we are looking for a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) who wants to be part of a small, supportive ABA company where clinical quality, collaboration, and work-life balance matter.

This is an excellent opportunity for a BCaBA who wants meaningful clinical experience, direct mentorship from a BCBA, and the opportunity to grow professionally without being overwhelmed by an unnecessarily large caseload.

What You'll Do

Provide ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA

Support implementation and monitoring of individualized treatment plans

Provide clinical guidance and support to RBTs within the BCaBA scope of practice

Conduct direct observations and review client data

Assist with skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programming

Support caregiver training and treatment generalization as permitted

Collaborate closely with the supervising BCBA regarding client progress and treatment decisions

Provide services in home, school, and/or community settings

Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation

What We're Looking For

Active BCaBA certification through the BACB

Eligible to provide ABA services in North Carolina

Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities

Strong understanding of ABA principles, data collection, and behavior-change procedures

Comfortable working independently while receiving ongoing BCBA supervision

Dependable, organized, and responsive

Someone who genuinely enjoys supporting RBTs, learners, and families
