DURATION:6 MONTHS LIKELY TO EXTEND AND POSSIBILITY FOR CONVERSION
2ND SHIFT = 8% INCREASE IN PAY 3RD/OVERNIGHT SHIFT = 12% INCREASE IN PAY
Schedule: Yet to announce but likely be first, second and third shifts which will involve at least one weekend(Sat or Sun)
1st Shift: 8 AM -5 PM
2ND Shift:4 PM-Midnight
3rd shift: Midnight-8 AM

OFFERS BASED ON RESUME SO NO INTERVIEWS CONDUCTED. ALL OFFERS TO BE GIVEN OUT BY 10/22 AND BG CHECKS TO BE COMPLETED BY NOV 5TH IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR 1ST TRAINING CLASS.
1 week training given to contractors onsite from M-F 8 AM-5 PM for FL,GA,MD locations
2 week training to be given to contractors at Omaha, NE site.
It would be call centre environment but call centre exp not required. Calls would be mostly incoming and would be regarding card services such as Card activation calls and lost/stolen complaint calls.
They would be getting back to back calls and role would be sitting on desk for long periods of time.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquires.
Follows up with clients to ensure that they are satisfied with the company product or service.
MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS:
•Willingness to work a flexible schedule and overtime when needed
•Ability to handle complaints and unpleasant customers
DESIRED REQUIREMENTS:
•Experience in a Customer service or contact centre support role or similar high-volume service centre
•Some experience with multiline telephones and online noting systems
