Accounts Payable Specialist

6 months contract to Hire

Overland Park Kansas

Entry level position in accounts payable. Provides courteous, efficient, and timely service to customers. Receives telephone calls, answer questions and resolves customer issues.

1. Assists with invoice processing, payment processing, records maintenance and other general accounts payable activities.
2. Requires analysis, judgment and sensitivity to customer needs.
3. Researches and obtains resolution of a variety of customer complaints and issues. REQUIREMENTS
4. High School Diploma.
5. Knowledge and experience in PC and Mainframe applications.
6. Excellent facilitation, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
7. Prior accounts payable experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
8. Oracle or other ERP system experience

Skills : Accounts Payable Intermediate level 2 years exp.
