BCFORWARD IS SEEKING A HIGHLY MOTIVATED AND EXPERIENCED TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST IN SANTA ANA, CA 92707

ANTICIPATED START DATE: 03/01/2021
EXPECTED DURATION: 03+ MONTHS CONTRACT
PAY RATE: $46/HR ON W2 ON W2
100% REMOTE, WFH. MUST BE LOCATED IN PACIFIC TIME ZONE ONLY.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for working closely with the business, identifying and attracting top talent for an assigned client group. Uses a variety of sourcing techniques to search for, screen, and identify candidates for managers, filling open positions with quality candidates.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Works with other members of the recruiting organization to fill open requisitions for a wide range positions.
- Manages and participates in requisition flow and applicant screening process. Summarizes results of screening and makes recommendations.
- Provides up-to-date recruiting status activity on regular basis. Recommends alternative solutions to difficult to fill positions.
SKILLS:
- 3 YEARS + OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE, POTENTIALLY RECRUITING FOR SOFTWARE ENGINEERS, CLOUD ENGINEERS, DBA’S, INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEERS AND INFORMATION SECURITY ENGINEERS, ERP ENGINEERS, IT PROJECT MANAGERS AND BSA’S.
- EXPERIENCE RECRUITING FOR EXPERTS IN MICROSOFT AND ORACLE TECHNOLOGIES.
- STRONG KNOWLEDGE OF MS OFFICE SUITE, HRIS/AT SYSTEMS AND WEB BASED APPLICATIONS (WORKDAY PREFERRED)
- BA/BS DEGREE
- STRONG INVESTIGATIVE/RESEARCH SKILLS FOR SOURCING CANDIDATES AND LEARNING ABOUT JOBS AND TECHNOLOGIES FOR ASSIGNED CLIENT GROUP, RESPONSIBLE FOR HARD TO FILL POSITIONS
- EXCELLENT WRITTEN, VERBAL SKILLS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS WITH A POSITIVE, TEAM FOCUSED DISPOSITION
EDUCATION
- BA/BS OR EQUIVALENT WORK EXPERIENCE.
