ROLE:                                  MORTGAGE SERVICING SPECIALIST

LOCATION:                          FORT WORTH, TX 

EXPECTED DURATION:        12+ MONTHS

PAY RATE:                          $15.00/HR ON W2

SHIFT HOURS:                      MONDAY – FRIDAY: BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 8AM-6PM (8 HOURS PER BUSINESS NEED 8-5 OR 9-6)

TRAINING WILL BE MONDAY – FRIDAY 8AM – 5PM EST; (4-6 WEEKS OF TRAINING)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Accurately assembling and/or indexing mortgage and non-mortgage documents received electronically via various channels into Citrix server system (Captiva);
• Previous experience with data entry; 10 key extremely helpful.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines and work standards. Performs various production and support functions.
• Individuals at this level are expected to use some independence of thought but to refer more complex problems to Subject Matter Expert or Team Manager.
• The position requires an individual who is production and quality focused and who is capable of working in a high volume and demanding continuous production environment.
• The individual must be a self-starter, able to be cross-trained on multiple processes, a team player, organized, and results oriented with exceptional work habits

TOP MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to work on a computer for extended periods of the day and navigate multiple systems.
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively (both verbally and written), tailor communications to audience, and actively listen.
• Professional Demeanor: Ability to conduct self with patience, composure and appropriate attitude.
