ROLE: BUSINESS SYSTEM ANALYST- UAT

LOCATION: REMOTE

DURATION: 6+ MONTHS

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• 2+ years' experience - Participate in project portfolio management, feature assessment, requirements gathering & documentation, and use case definitions for techno-functional initiatives - Document operational process flows and solution designs - Contributes to feature/function test objectives and scope - Assists user acceptance test planning, execution and management - Provides deployment, training, cutover, and production support to end-users - Troubleshooting, facilitating system issue resolution, and suggesting techno-functional workarounds. Develops and uses skills as a seasoned, experienced professional with a broad understanding of industry practices and company policies and procedures; resolves a wide range of issues in imaginative as well as practical ways. This job is a fully qualified and career-oriented position. Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Interacts with senior internal and external contacts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support UAT in large-scale Salesforce instance integration/migration for Quote to Cash and associated dependencies
• Ensure test coverage of all processes and requirements
• Work with cross-functional SMEs to design and build test scenarios
• Writes UAT test cases
• Signs-off on UAT readiness
• Point of Contact for testers on test scenarios
• Ensures alignment between process boundaries/tracks
• Liaising with end-users, developers, and other technical teams
• Overseeing test execution, reporting, bug tracking etc.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage multiple projects and maintain responsibility for project management, team initiative, analysis, Strategy development, implementation, training, and adoption
• Build executive presentations, crafting the message for senior executives
• Partner effectively with cross-functional Go-to-Market, Finance, Operations, IT and Product teams
• Identify improvement opportunities related to process or system-based challenges
• Investigate data issues, perform deep-dive data research, propose and execute solutions
• Define requirements, process flows, participate in solution design and perform user acceptance testing
• Perform data inquiries using tools ex. Tableau, Excel

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5-7 years of experience with a top-tier consulting firm, or similar position at a fast-growing technology company
• 2+ years of business/systems analyst experience
• 2+ years of experience with UAT of Salesforce environments and quote to cash processes
• Demonstrated success managing cross-functional projects from definition to results
• Proven ability to build executive-level relationships
• Experience working and communicating with both information technology and strategic business teams
• Demonstrated ability to scale and improve business processes
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with a high degree of attention to detail
• Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated self-starter
• Interest in data and data research
• Proficient in Excel
• Proficient in PostgreSQL (Preferred) or SQL

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

PMP Certified

Salesforce product(s) experience

Experience working with geographically dispersed workforces

Prior experience in managing B2B customer data quality ex. duplicate management
