JOB TITLE/POSITION: T1 HELPDESK AGENT (12212745)

EXPECTED JOB DURATION: 2 MONTHS

JOB LOCATION: SACRAMENTO, CA 95811

POSITION OBJECTIVE:

Customer Service Management - Clinic and provider functional and/or technical for resolving customer problems, incidents, issues, requests, and queries. Liaise with other support teams as required to resolve requests/issues promptly. Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking, and follow-up of all incidents and requests. Primary responsibilities are focused on customer contact, not software development. Preferred skills: Critical thinking P2 – intermediate Customer interaction Handling P2- Intermediate Operational Excellence P2 – Intermediate Operations Management P2 – Intermediate Problem Solving P2- Intermediate Service Quality Management P2 – Intermediate SLA (Service- Level Agreement) Management P2 – Intermediate Salesforce Pot transaction processing
