BCFORWARD IS SEEKING A HIGHLY MOTIVATED AND EXPERIENCED ASST, MAIL ROOM, ASSOC IN SANTA ANA, CA 92707

JOB DETAILS:

ROLE : ASST, MAIL ROOM, ASSOC

LOCATION : 3 FIRST AMERICAN WAY, SANTA ANA, CA 92707

DURATION : 6+ MONTHS CONTRACT

PAY RATE : $16.62/HR ON W2

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Prepare incoming mail for distribution and processes outgoing mail.
• Distribute and collect mail, determine and affix postage and maintain records on postage, registered mail and packages.
• Sort and distribute incoming mail
• Meter outgoing mail
• Prepare interbranch bags: - Print and collate monthly reports and slot for delivery to administrators
• Coordinate delivery of documents between Iron Mountain and Administrators as requested on closed account
• Organize documents for pick up for Imaging
• Maintain original document files, including filing of new items and retrieval of closed account documents in a timely manner.
• Provide break and lunch support for reception desk

SKILLS:

• Applies basic skills and may develop advanced skills for the position or specialization 0 - 2 years of experience in position

EDUCATION:

• High School diploma or equivalent
