JOB TITLE: CLERICAL - RECEPTIONIST II

LOCATION: REDDING, CA 96002

EXPECTED DURATION: 2+ MONTHS CONTRACT

PAY RATE: $20.30/HR ON W2

SHIFT:08:00 AM - 05:00 PM

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Greets vendors, customers, job applicants and other visitors.
• Operates a switchboard to route incoming calls and place outgoing calls.
• Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with 4 - 6 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Has knowledge of commonly-used practices, and procedures.
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
• Has a working knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft Word and Lotus Notes.
• Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
• Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
• Has working knowledge of common computer applications including Microsoft Word and Lotus Notes.
