JOB TITLE: TITLE COORDINATOR

LOCATION: IRVINE, CA 92612

EXPECTED DURATION: 4+ MONTHS CONTRACT

SCHEDULE NOTES: 8:00AM TO 5:00PM

JOB DESCRIPTION:

DUTIES:

Coordinate nationwide title clearance for the sale of Commercial Properties. Review files for title defects through title analysis and determine resolution of same. Make contact with Servicers, attorneys and local title providers to obtain marketable/insurable title within designated time frames.

SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Manage incoming correspondence
• Facilitation of customer requests via e-mail, fax, telephone etc
• Manage a variety of inventory reports
• Update existing inventory in wintrack and or client systems every 10 days with status
• Maintaining and developing client/attorney-closing relationships
• Determine disposition of interests affecting title
• Escalate complex title issues to supervisor as needed
• Evaluate and process files for Indemnity situations
• Coordination and confirmation of title clearance with title provider
• Various duties delegated by Regional Manager.

SKILLS:

• Previous Title, Escrow, Trustee, Asset Management experience preferred
• 1-2 years experience in the curative/clearing aspect of title.
• Ability to multi-task and deliver excellent customer service.

EDUCATION:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
