JOB TITLE: IT ANALYST

ESTIMATED DURATION: 6+ MONTHS WITH POSSIBLE EXTENSION

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE: • Excellent communications skills is a must • 2- 3 years of experience in a similar role Additionally, successful candidates will have: • Looking for strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills • Customer service oriented support - an emphasis in executive “White Glove” support is a plus

DESCRIPTION:-

Provide white glove IT support to In Person and Remote Users

• Follow local lead’s direction for day to day tasks

• Incident and Inventory Management using Service Now

• Mac Reimaging and JAMF Enrollment

• PC Imaging using USB loaded image

• Conference room system support for Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams Meetings

• Windows 10 and Mac OSX Support and troubleshooting

• Microsoft Office 365 and Office 2016 Support and Troubleshooting

• Perform Laptop Hardware Troubleshooting and Coordinate in warranty vendor repairs

• Mobile Phone Account Management and Order Processing

• Arrange Laptop Deployments and Accessory Shipments via UPS

• Understanding of basic network troubleshooting and TCP/IP protocols
