    What You’ll Be Doing (a.k.a. Why This Role Matters)

    You are the front door of our sales operation. When you win, everyone wins.

    Your Core Responsibilities

    Respond promptly to inbound leads (phone, internet, text, social, marketplace).

    Make outbound calls and follow-ups on unsold and aged leads.

    Build trust, qualify intent, and set high-quality, confirmed appointments.

    Clearly explain the Northside experience and next steps.

    Maintain clean CRM notes, dispositions, and follow-up tasks.

    Communicate effectively with Sales Managers to ensure smooth handoffs.

    Hit (and exceed) realistic performance benchmarks:

    Response time

    Engagement rate

    Appointment set rate

    Appointment show rate

    You’ll also:

    Break down call recordings and received feedback and coaching

    Contribute ideas to improve scripts, messaging, and workflows

    Help support creative marketing and social media efforts when appropriate

    Preferred Skills & Experience

    2+ years of automotive BDC or inside sales experience (preferred)

    Strong phone, text, and written communication skills

    Proven ability to set and confirm quality appointments

    CRM proficiency and excellent follow-up discipline

    Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated

    Ability to accept coaching and continuously improve

    Greer, SC: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting
