ROLE: 

Carol Stream and Elgin Dental Associates are currently seeking a talented, experienced Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our successful multi-specialty and general dentistry practices. Starting with Fridays- adding additional days with growth. Independent Contractor. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Delivery of patient and team education with proficient written and verbal communication. 

• Performing the highest level of dental care in oral surgery procedures to our valued patients.    

• Ability to interact effectively and professionally with persons from diverse cultural, socioeconomic, education, racial, ethnic and professional backgrounds.  

• Consistently maintains ethical behaviors exemplary of quality public service and fair standards, inclusively, among all employees and members of the public.  

• Ability to work effectively with fellow Associates, managers, co-workers.

• Follow practice guidelines – including OSHA and HIPAA guidelines.  

• Ability to receive constructive feedback including evaluation of productivity and practice attributes.     

• Maintain a professional appearance.

• Hold self and fellow team members accountable to follow the culture established in the BDD Mission and Values.

REQUIREMENTS:

• DDS/DMD from an accredited University and active IL State Dental Board license

• Oral Surgery certification

JOB TYPE: PART-TIME- FRIDAYS+

• Fridays to begin in Elgin/Carol Stream, additional days with growth and potential with our additional Chicagoland partners.
