We're seeking a highly motivated BDR/Account Manager to thrive in our boutique, high-achieving environment. You'll be responsible for winning new business and fostering strong relationships with our existing clients and candidate pipeline.
Do you have what it takes?
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Proven sales experience (1-3 years), ideally within the staffing and recruiting industry
- Relentless sales drive and a knack for building rapport
- Exceptional communication skills: written, verbal, and business acumen
- Leadership potential: ability to train and mentor others over time (a plus)
- Collaborative spirit: thrives in a team-oriented, high-performing environment
- Ability to work on-site (4 days/week)
