Job Description
You'll take inbound calls and respond to emails requesting service and account support. Assess customer's needs and provide appropriate method of support and communication.
Your communication skills, computer skills, and ability to multitask while speaking on the phone will be key to your success
Enter service calls in our ERP system
Dispatch service calls to technicians
Review calls completed by service technicians, complete calls in our ERP system, and send service calls to billing
Pull inventory to restock service tech vehicles (must be able to lift 20lbs)
EXPERIENCE:
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
