    Job Description

     

    We are launching a virtual support center in our Irvine Corporate office and seeking customer support techs who are comfortable being on camera, possess sales or customer service experience and think the idea of demonstrating Facebook VR and Portal products would make work fun.

    Our in-house Facebook Inbound Sales Brand Representatives are customer service oriented and adept at converting questions into sales. You will answer customer and sales associates' questions while using software, talk tracks, and product demos. This full-time position is eligible for benefits while enjoying the perks of working in our Irvine Corporate office.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Receives inbound video calls; fulfills requests by clarifying desired information, completing transactions, and forwarding requests.
    • Providing video demonstrations of the client’s products while on camera in a retail setting
    • Maintains sales support database; answers inquiries by researching, locating, and providing desired information.
    • Determines wants and needs of consumers while driving & closing the sale.
    • Actively engaging consumers via video conferencing while working through technical issues.
    • Describe technical components using readily understandable terms to ensure you are effectively conveying the features and benefits of the products to all audiences.
    • Increase sales of client’s products.
    • Other tasks as assigned by management.

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

    • High School Diploma or Equivalent
    • Minimum 3+ years of retail customer service and retail sales experience

    SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

    • Ability to successfully influence consumer buying decisions.
    • Extremely strong interpersonal communication and soft skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication as well as presentation skills on camera.
    • Must be comfortable interfacing directly with consumers via video conferencing.
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite

    While performing the duties of this job, the Virtual Brand Influencer is required to:

    • Regularly stand, sit, walk, bend over, grasp, push or pull, talk and/or hear
    • Regularly carrying and lifting objects up to 10 lbs.
    • Continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation
