    (BDS) is an organization that provides adaptive skills training and behavioral services for adults and children in the Autism Spectrum and related disorders.

    Behavior Developmental Strategies (BDS) is hiring Program Supervisors, Therapist and Clinical Supervisor within the Inland Empire: Victorville, Adelanto, Oak Hill, Hesperia, Apple Valley, Phelan, Yucaipa, Norco/Eastvale, Upland, Bloomington, Rancho Cucamonga, Ontario, Montclair, San Bernardino, Rialto, Redlands, Riverside, Corona, Chino hills, Murrieta, Temecula, Menifee, Nuevo, Perris, Hemet, Moreno Valley, Lake Elsinore and surrounding areas.

    -Essential Functions for behavior consultants:

    Must be a team player

    Must be able to Implement Adaptive skills training and strategic behavior interventions

    Collect data on targeted interventions

    Effectively communicate with Directors / Supervisors / staff and families.

    Must have experience, be extremely reliable and must be ready to start once hired.

    Flexible schedules

    -Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree required (Must submit copy of degree)

    Spanish speaking is a plus (but not required)

    Must provide the following:

    negative TB test,

    Possess a valid CA Driver's License

    Must have auto insurance *dependable transportation

    Must be a team player who enjoys teaching skills to children and adults with a positive attitude

    Rate:

    Therapist: Pay ranges between $18.00-$23.00 depending on experience, qualifications and degree level.
