Behavior Interventions was founded in 2006 by two Board Certified Behavior Analysts with a mission to provide quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to our families in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. Our team is composed of clinical and administrative team members all focused on creating meaningful change in the lives of those we serve. WE ARE SEEKING A CLINICAL PROGRAM SUPERVISOR TO SUPPORT OUR CLINICAL TEAM AND MAINTAIN OUR ABA TREATMENT CENTERS IN OUR ELIZABETHTOWN, PA LOCATION.
JOB DESCRIPTION: The Clinical Program Supervisor reports to the Program Director or designated manager for all duties and responsibilities listed below and for other duties that may be assigned. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
RBT TRAINER:
- Completes monthly RBT meetings
- Supervises RBTs’ performance
- Completes BT clinical orientation
- Assistant Assessor on RBT competency assessments
FRONT DESK SUPPORT:
- Assists with managing phone lines during business hours
- Greets families, team members and guests upon arrival
TREATMENT CENTER MANAGEMENT:
- Assists with general office management: purchasing, scanning, filing of client paperwork, treatment center clean-up, VB mapp kit upkeep, mail sorting, daily office clean-up throughout the day (i.e., sanitizing high-touch areas including treatment rooms, workspaces, and restrooms)
- Supports scheduling and coordinating client sessions in the treatment center
- Provides general treatment center coverage
- Provides crisis management support during sessions
- Supervises Program Specialist
- Provides substitute staffing on EIBI cases
CLINICIAN SUPPORT:
- Provides support to BCBA Supervisors for ongoing projects and tasks
- Supports BCBA/RBT caseload assignments, referrals, etc.
- Maintains caseload tracking, documentation, and other BCBA caseload support
- Provides scheduling for EIBI
- Maintains % of hour spreadsheet. Conducts session note audits for RBTs/BCBAs, prepares documentation required for company audits, collects signatures for compliance/programming documents, tx fidelity, proscore. Maintains information in report templates for authorization requests.
- Continuously reviews policies, procedures, workflows, tools, and technologies and makes recommendations for updates and improvements.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the field of ABA required; 5years preferred
- Ability to pass federal and state background checks
- Complete and maintain active CPR/First Aid certification upon hire
- LBS or BCABA credential (for Pennsylvania locations)
- Crisis Management trained/certified preferred
- High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within teams
- Effective conflict resolution, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Well organized and able to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
- Proficient technical/computer skills, i.e., Google apps
- Experience with Central Reach software a plus
- Ability to maintain confidential information and follow HIPAA/FERPA regulations
BENEFITS:
- $300.00/monthly benefit towards medical premium coverage when the employee works 35 hours per week or more; $600 in the second year of employment.

- Paid Time Off:
- Receives 1 week of vacation time, 1 hour accrued for every 52 hours worked, up to 40 hours per year during the first and second year of employment. Eligible for use after 60 days of employment. Hours are not eligible for rollover unless authorized by the supervisor. Additional paid time off after 2 years of employment.
- Employee earns sick time on an accrual basis per Behavior Interventions’ current sick time policy: 1 hour earned per every 30 hours worked up to 40 hours annually, eligible for use after 60 days of employment.
- Holiday Pay: Employee receives four paid holidays annually in January, July, November, and December. Holiday time accrues at a rate of 1 hour per 64 hours worked; up to 8 hours per holiday period. Paid time is automatically applied in the pay-period regardless if the employee schedules time off.
- 401k retirement plan after one year of employment (additional eligibility criteria must be met).
