    BEI Tactical requires the below position for a future anticipated award.

    This effort establishes the support for the Center for Seabees and Facilities, Engineering (CSFE) and Civil Engineer Corps Officer School (CECOS) Staff Services.

    These positions are located at the Naval Base Ventura County (NBVC), Port Hueneme, CA. CECOS provides Seabees, Civil Engineer Corps (CEC) officers, facility engineers and environmental professionals with the necessary skills, knowledge and education to enhance lifelong learning and to provide quality support to the fleet.

    The following position is required for this effort:

    Human Resources Assistant (HRA)

    Duties:

    Draft, format, route and track to completion Position Management Board (PMB) submissions

    Track civilian vacancies across the CSFE Domain;

    Process time-sensitive civilian recruitment

    Prepare and set-up the Quarterly CSFE Civilian Awards Board;

    Process civilian monetary and honorary award actions

    Track anniversary dates of telework forms and biennial completion of telework training,

    Follow-up with cognizant leadership for review and update;

    Maintain a repository of telework agreement forms for command employees in accordance with command telework policy

    Track and route SF 182 training requests for civilian, military, and contractor personnel

    Track completion of general military training (GMT) and other required training for civilian, military, and contractor personnel

    Input completed training for employees using TWMS Track the status of military, civilian, and contract manpower

    Maintain command military, civilian, and contract employee personnel and billet data in TWMS Draft, format, and update command organizational charts

    Manages the implementation of the marketing communications strategy and programs, including advertising, branding, product promotion, and regulatory matters. Designs, develops, and distributes consistent themes, messaging, and branding throughout all communication touch points. Understands products, customers, and industry and develops focused communications in collaboration with organizational stakeholders across functions. Oversees efficient processes for the regulatory review and approval of communication materials. Explores and adopts new channels, methods, and platforms to optimize marketing communications. May oversee the planning and execution of trade shows and conferences to showcase products and amplify messaging. Develops the internal and external resources required for communication program delivery. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Extensive knowledge of the function and department processes

    Requirements:

    High school graduate or equivalent

    Proficient using Microsoft Office 365 software suite including, but not limited to, MS Teams and SharePoint

    Familiarity with human resources policies, procedures, and systems-of-record and with the handling of Personally Identifiable Information

    Typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.

    1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.

    Extensive knowledge of the function and department processes
