Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT)
Summary
We seek a qualified and caring Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to join our team! As a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT), you will provide top-notch ABA therapy that positively changes our clients' lives and their families. You will provide therapy in clients' natural environments: schools, homes, and communities. The ideal candidate is board licensed as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) and has at least two years of experience working with special needs children. Responsibilities:
Implement a Behavior Support Plan (BSP), designed by the BCBA or BCaBA in the client’s natural settings: school, home, and community.
Collect daily data on clients’ target behaviors, skills, and replacements.
Complete daily notes and submitted to the system.
The ability to remain composed and adherent to best practices, even when under duress by being calm, empathetic, and patient nature
Qualifications
High School Diploma or Associate’s Degree.
Current Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) board license.
Previous experience working with special needs children.
Strong computer and data entry skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Excellent writing and verbal skills.
Ability to provide high-quality patient care.
