EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time SHIFT AVAILABLE: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00 PM PAY: $15-18 / hr LOCATION: Mission Lakes Business Center, 3600 Lime Street Building 2, Riverside, CA, 92501 JOB DESCRIPTION: The position of the Customer Service Rep for the California Lifeline entails being the primary customer support in our designated locations. After receiving the training on the program details, government compliance, customer service etiquette, and computer system knowledge - the representative is responsible to enroll qualified customers.
