    WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

    Bellco Capital is seeking an inhouse Network Systems Administrator to join our team.  This person will be responsible for all aspects of IT needs for Bellco Capital and related entities.  These responsibilities include, but are not limited to, daily help desk support, managing end user services, cyber security policies/procedures management, credential management and various large-scale IT projects.  Success in this role requires attention to detail, ownership of responsibilities, a positive flexible attitude and a self-motivated drive for continuous improvement. This role reports directly to the Chief of Staff.

     

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

     

    ·       Lead large IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services

    ·       24/7 support and ownership of key worldwide services including emergency support

    ·       Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure

    ·       Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs

    ·       Implement Cyber Security Training

    ·       Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software

    ·       Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT

    ·       OS lifecycle are tested, supported, and deployed to end users

    ·       Responsible for patch management ensuring security compliance on all endpoints

    ·       Develop documentation on all processes and procedures for IT team

    ·       Implement ticket-based service process

    ·       Assist in employee onboarding and training

    ·       Diagnose and resolve technical IT issues related to AV/Conference room support, and hands-on support

    ·       Assist with various IT projects which include new office buildouts, conference room setups, employee desk relocation, and event space support

    ·       Complete projects on time by coordinating resources and timetables with users, departments and management

    ·       Recommend IT policies and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.

    ·       Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems

     

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

     

    ·       Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience

    ·       9+ years of experience in IT helpdesk and system administration

    ·       Experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructure

    ·       Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases, data storage systems, and phone systems

    ·       Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills

    • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-up.
    • Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize
    • Experience with ITIL methodologies and processes, specifically Request, Incident, Problem and Change management.
    • Experience implementing and supporting enterprise solutions and platforms.
    • Experience with active directory including hosted services with M365/O365/OSX, Windows 10, and IOS

    ·       Experience with Email Archival Compliance
