We are looking for a skilled Handyman to join our team! In this role, you will perform residential maintenance work that may include touch up painting, drywall repair, toilet valve replacement, small drain snake, light fixture installation, minor wood or door repairs or any other items to be repaired in apartment units.

You are hard-working, a team player, and dedicated to performing quality work in all that you do. Significant past experience as a professional maintenance worker is highly preferred and a positive attitude is a must!

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a handyman / general maintenance

Knowledge of job site safety rules and regulations (OSHA)

You must own your own tools.
