We are hiring a full-time BEMO position for Microsoft 365 Implementation Engineer - a 100% remote position for anyone located within Central or South America!
What’s your day-to-day like?
35% conduct migration projects for our SMBs customers
• A large majority of BEMO’s customers are SMBs (less than 500 users) that would like to transition from their current email and file provider to Microsoft O365.
• The Implementation Engineer is responsible for conducting email and file migration projects from start to finish.
• A typical migration project includes all aspects of communicating, planning and executing the migration plan in coordination with the customer and his end-users.
35% deploy security controls in O365, AAD and Intune
• Once a customer has migrated to O365, the next step is to secure their new cloud environment.
• The Implementation Engineer is responsible for deploying all Bemo Cybersecurity plans.

• Depending on the plan the customer has chosen, the Implementation Engineer will deploy security controls in all security related Microsoft portals.
• The main goal for these plans is to secure customer’s Data (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive), Identity and Devices (corporate or BYOD).
• The Implementation Engineer is responsible for the communication, planning, deployment and testing aspects for all these security packages in coordination with the customer.
10% deploy workloads in Azure (for Azure certified candidate only)
• Some customers are also asking to deploy some workloads in Azure such as AVD, Windows 365, VMs, Databases, Storage, etc
• The Implementation Engineer is responsible for deploying these workloads and to secure them.
• Since our customers are SMBs this activity is not common and is reserved for Azure certified candidates only.
10% being SME and support the Helpdesk team
• BEMO is a Gold Partner and Cloud Solution Provider. We owe our customers support when they have a question, or an issue related to their O365 usage.
• An Implementation Engineer is considered as a Subject Matter Expert once a deployment is completed for one of our customers and can be considered as an escalation point of contact if the Helpdesk team is not able to assist the customer.
• As such, the Implementation Engineer is considered as Support Tier-2 but his workload will not exceed 10% on support activities.
10% self-training
• At Bemo, a non-negligible part of the time of the Implementation Engineer is dedicated on staying current from a skills point of view.
• Getting new or renewing current Microsoft certifications is part of the Implementation Engineer role.

BEMO is rapidly growing, and we are looking for our next M365 Implementation Engineer. BEMO is a Microsoft Gold Partner and Microsoft Direct Cloud Solution Provider. This means that companies come to us to buy Microsoft licensing, Azure, and we also provide migrations for customers to move to Microsoft 365 from other platforms. BEMO’s customer base consists of small to medium businesses with their complex IT needs with cybersecurity tools, cloud solutions, and managed services. BEMO is a fully remote (100%) workforce distributed across the globe.

• Revenue: We grew from $0 to $5.5M (Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) in the last 3.5 years, plan to hit $8M in ARR by the end 2022 and $16M ARR by the end of 2023.
• People: We grew from 2 co-founders to 28 people in the last 3.5 years, and plan to hire 40 more in the next 18 months.
Who are we looking for?
• Good English skills (writing) and customer facing presentation
• Excellent knowledge of all related O365 admin portals: User, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Azure Active Directory.
• Excellent knowledge of Endpoint Manager and deployment of main features: Multi-Factor Authentication, Conditional Access policies, Configuration Profiles, Compliance Policies, Autopilot, Windows Hello for Business, etc.
• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Security portal – especially all Threat Policies and secure score
• Excellent knowledge of at least one major migration tool such as BitTitan, Skykick, Mover or SharePoint Migration Tool.
Qualifications
• Microsoft 365 or Azure Cloud Certifications: MS-500, MS-100, MS-101 or AZ-500, AZ-104 level.
• CISSP/CCSP/CISM certification
• PowerShell – Graph API
• Good knowledge of Hybrid Environment – AAD Connect – Cloud Sync deployment
• CISCO Meraki certifications

Other information about the position
• WORKING SCHEDULE: 9am to 5pm Pacific Standard Time – 40 hours a week
• LOCATION: fully remote – candidates from Central and South America only
• SALARY: $40k to $60k (depending on experience and location)
