About the Role:

Join BEST CARE GUEST HOME, a compassionate and dedicated team in Twentynine Palms, CA, where we prioritize the well-being of our residents. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to provide exceptional care and support, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all.

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and meal preparation.

Provide emotional support and companionship to enhance residents' quality of life.

Monitor and document residents' health and well-being, reporting any changes to the nursing staff.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents.

Engage residents in recreational activities and social events to promote interaction.

Administer medications as prescribed and ensure proper medication management.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.

Respond promptly to residents' needs and emergencies with professionalism and compassion.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in caregiving preferred.

Previous experience in a caregiving or healthcare role is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with residents and families.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.

Basic understanding of medical terminology and healthcare practices.

Must pass background checks and have valid CPR/First Aid certification.

Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
